I hope everyone has had a lovely Easter Holiday although it feels a bit strange!
I've been working in Brunswick school all week with some children from our school and some other schools, whose parents are critical workers,
so I am keeping busy.
I have got some more activities for this week. Keep going with the work in your pack but here are some extras to keep you busy- there is even some football themed work.
You can also listen to some free audio books using this link
They even have Harry Potter on here.
Take care and look after each other and don't eat too many Eggs!!
Keep looking back for some PE from Shaun- COMING SOON...
Morning Year 6,
It's another beautiful day in Penrith. I have been really enjoying my daily walks this week - I might even go into the garden for a picnic lunch after I've made sure everything is ok at school.
Today I would like YOU to go to the zoo! Have you ever been to Chester Zoo? I know some of you will have, but if you haven't don't worry - today is the day! They are hosting a live virtual tour visiting lots of different animals-! Every hour is a different animal.
Have a look at some of the activities below or choose your favourite animal and make a poster all about them. We can make a class book when we are all back together again.
Easter is nearly with us, today is the last day of term!

Good Friday is Friday 10th April

MUSIC HOME LEARNING
Hi Year 6, hope you are all keeping well. I (Mrs Richardson) have uploaded a unit of music lessons to the Charanga website. Your unit is called 'Happy'.
Please feel free to dip in and out of the lessons, above all have fun.
I can check in to see who has logged on and had fun. Please feel free to video or take photos of your learning, send them to email@example.com and I'll add them to the music page on this website to celebrate all the 'toe tapping' music happening at home.
FRENCH LEARNING TASK 1 - WEEK COMMENCING 23/03/2020
Take photos or draw picture of your meals and label them in French. Send your photos to firstname.lastname@example.org so I can share your 'Fantastique Francais' on your class page on the website.
Either in your garden or living room, work out the area and perimeter.
Try to draw an accurate plan- if you don't have a tape measure what else could you measure in?
The perimeter of my living room is 20m
or 45 cats!!
Be creative - I look forward to seeing them.
While we are off it is important you keep moving! and get lots of exercise.
How about joining in with Joe Wicks every morning at 9am...
Year 6 are busy planning a coffee morning to raise money for out Lent Appeal.
Please keep the 26th March free.
